a. Webflow Templates: Serif specializes in the creation and sale of Webflow templates available on the Webflow Marketplace.
b. License: Upon purchasing a Webflow template from the marketplace profile ofSerif, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for personal or commercial purposes. The template is for use with the Webflow platform only.
c. Restrictions: You may not resell or redistribute purchased templates without explicit consent from Serif. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the template.
3. Payment and Refunds
a. Payment: All transactions are processed through third-party payment processors. Serif does not store any payment information.
b. Refunds: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please review our refund policy for detailed information
4. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: All templates are the intellectual property of Serif. You may not claim ownership or authorship of any template.
b. User Content: By submitting content (e.g., reviews, testimonials), you grant Serif a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
